G-QS Consulting offers dependable and personable Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services from our base in Manchester, catering to clients throughout the U.K. and Europe. Our areas of expertise include cost and value management, estimating, variation management, contract administration, procurement, reviews of contract terms and conditions, and final accounting.
The business was created by Nathan Goddard, who brings over ten years of experience as a Senior Commercial Manager with prominent multinational contractors, including Laing O’Rourke and ISG. Nathan has been involved in a diverse array of projects spanning various sectors, including Data Centres, Semi-Conductor facilities, Giga-Factories, Cleanrooms, Education, Commercial Offices, Aviation, and Healthcare.
Our primary specialisation lies in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sector of Construction. Nevertheless, we possess substantial experience in the Construction, Civil and Nuclear engineering aspects, having engaged in various large and complex projects that encompass all of these elements.
